Black Lagoon’s story follows a team of mercenaries known as the Lagoon Company, which smuggles goods around the Southeast Asian seas during the early 1990s. Their base of operations is located in the fictional city of Roanapur in Thailand, and they transport goods in a torpedo boat named “Black Lagoon”. (Edited from Wikipedia’s summary)
